We understand that you might be new to cryotherapy, so we wanted to answer some of the most frequently asked questions. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have further questions. 

 How often can I receive cryotherapy treatments?

-Fat freezing: Every 7-10 days or to plan 6 treatments to be completed in 2 months

-Pain management: Can be treated daily

-Aesthetic: Can be treated weekly

Who is not a candidate to be treated with cryotherapy?

- If you are pregnant or planning on becoming pregnant (exception is for pain management with approval from OBGYN). 

-If you are currently receiving cancer treatments

-If you have a blood clotting disorder

-If you have a pacemaker or defibrillator

How long does a treatment take? 

-Most treatments take between 10 & 15 minutes each

-We block 30 minutes for treatments to allow for undressing/dressing

What should I wear for my cryotherapy treatment?

-We recommend bringing shorts or athletic clothing

-We provide clean robes or towel wraps

Does cryotherapy hurt?

-No, Cryotherapy does not hurt

-Most clients express that is cold, but the results are worth it

Is there recovery time after a treatment?

-No, there is no recovery time

-Many clients schedule appointments during their lunch break

Do I need to do anything before my fat-freezing or body sculpting treatment?

-It is recommended that you do not eat or drink alcohol 2 hours prior to your treatment
